The customer sales representative provides effective customer service by establishing and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with our incredible customers through in person communications, written communications, and cooperation with support related company employees. They are responsible for producing customer quotations and proposals, monitoring customer order schedules, and assisting in expediting material deliveries per customer requests. • Creates proposals, letters, quotes and miscellaneous correspondences
• Assists in maintaining and monitoring electronic data for established customers
• Operates inventory control software, word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Generates correspondences to secure additional customer information to resolve disputes
