Helping you win! No, seriously, US Rock is all about bulk landscape materials without the runaround. You pick the material, tell us where it’s going, and we coordinate the delivery. We supply landscape professionals, contractors, commercial customers, and homeowners with great products and service, so your project keeps moving.

Our bulk landscape materials, including rock, gravel, sand, soil, mulch, and similar materials, are sold in whole cubic yards and delivered loose, not in bags. We’re not able to sell half cubic yards. Other products, such as turf, fertilizers, and landscape supplies, may be sold in bags, rolls, boxes, or other units. Check the individual product page for the specific quantity and packaging.

Delivery is scheduled based on your order, location, route, material availability, and truck availability. When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery date. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be reviewed for next-day delivery, subject to availability. Delivery dates and times are confirmed by US Rock based on availability and operating conditions, and if we can’t meet your preferred date, we’ll contact you to find one that works. After you place your order, you’ll receive our Delivery Guide with details on delivery timing, truck access, drop-off requirements, and what to expect on delivery day.

We deliver within approximately 325 miles of our Inglewood location. If your address is outside that range, the website won’t generate a delivery price. Not sure if we can reach you? Just ask.

Not at the moment. We’re a delivery-only operation. Our material yard is not open to the public for pickup, so orders are fulfilled through delivery. We’ll work with you to coordinate the best option for your order.

This is definitely considered to be one of our greatest nightmares, but in event that we are out of stock on a particular item, contact our team. We’ll let you know whether it can be sourced and what lead time may apply.

Our role is to get your material to the drop point, so please have the equipment or help you need to move it where it’s going. Driver assistance is a courtesy, not something we can promise.

Yes! Pallets are an additional $30 per cubic yard, and supersacks are an additional $75 per cubic yard, added to your order total. Pallet and supersack orders have an 8-cubic-yard minimum. Boulder deliveries are special deliveries, so you’ll receive our Special Delivery Guide with what to expect. Our delivery truck will get as close to your desired spot as we can without risking your property or our truck, but you’ll need your own equipment to move them from there. Please have your equipment ready when we arrive; our standby time rates apply.

We source the majority of our products and materials here in the United States through our network of quarries and manufacturers. Because we work with different suppliers and materials, availability and lead times can vary. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, reach out and we’ll help you track it down.

You don’t have to be there, but we prefer it. Once material is unloaded, it can’t be moved, recovered, exchanged, or returned, so being present lets you confirm the material and drop location before we unload. If you can’t be there, we’ll text you before unloading and need your reply authorizing us to unload at the delivery location. We won’t unload without it. All dumps are final.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once a truck has been dispatched. If material has to be returned after dispatch, a $50 restocking fee applies. Once material has been unloaded, all dumps are final. Natural materials vary. Color, size, texture, and appearance can differ from photos, load to load, and material can look different when wet than when dry. Some variation is normal and expected. Have questions about a specific material? Contact us before you order.
