Perlite

Expanded perlite. White in color. When heated volcanic glass greatly expands and cools, Perlite is the end result. As a light-weight propagating medium, it aids in inhibiting soil compaction and allows air and water to reach the plant's roots. It's a perfect amendment for seed cultivation, hydroponic cultures, rooting, cuttings, and potting mixes.
